BioI am a Food Scientist. This breed of scientist is one who loves food to the point he is willing to dissect it and analyse each molecule even while his saliva drips and hunger pangs. His senses drive him wild for a taste of the chocolate drop he titrates with milk. To manipulate consistency of such magnitude, that you can taste the difference of eating a 4 year old chicken and a 2 year old hen.
